You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories. Our support team will guide you through every step of the process.

Restocking fee: $0. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return Costs

• For defective or incorrect products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product received is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.
• For change of mind: The customer covers the actual return shipping cost. This applies when the customer orders the wrong item, it does not fit, or they no longer want it. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us: Send an email to contact@aussiecoopwell.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack your item: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
3. Ship it back: Send your return following the instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.

Refund Process

• Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to verify it meets our return criteria.
• Refund timeframe: After approval, your refund will be processed. It usually takes up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
