Changed your mind? Email us within 14 days of delivery. The coop must be unassembled and in its original packaging. We'll arrange collection and refund the full purchase price.

Every coop is covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects, hardware failure and structural issues under normal use. We replace defective parts - or the entire coop - at no cost.

- • Storm, fire, flood or extreme weather
- • Modifications or unapproved repairs
- • Normal weathering of timber
- • Damage from improper assembly
How to claim

Send an email to contact@aussiecoopwell.com with your order number, a description of the issue and 2–3 photos.
We respond within 1 business day
We'll confirm coverage and explain next steps - usually a free replacement part shipped within 48 hours.
Resolution
Most claims are resolved within 7 business days. If we can't fix it, we replace the coop. No fight.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
