Price Match Guarantee
At Coopwell, we work to offer competitive pricing on our chicken coops. Our Price Match Guarantee gives you a fair, transparent framework for comparing prices against other authorized Australian resellers, subject to the conditions below.
All conditions below must be satisfied for a claim to be approved.
What We Offer
If all conditions of this policy are satisfied, Coopwell will either match the competitor's total price or refund the difference.
Conditions
- Eligible retailers only: The competing retailer must be an independent Australian retail business selling directly to consumers under its own retail brand.
- Identical product: The product must be the exact same model, include the same accessories, and carry the same manufacturer warranty.
- In stock: The competitor must have the item physically in stock and available for immediate dispatch.
- Total price match: The competing price must include delivery fees. We compare the final checkout price, not the item price alone.
- Total offer comparison: The competing offer must provide substantially equivalent warranty coverage, customer support, delivery service and after-sales assistance.
- Timing: The request must be submitted before you place your order, or within 7 days of your purchase date.
- Exclusions apply: Offers from marketplaces, flash sales, liquidation events, and promotional bundles are excluded.
Where the Guarantee Does Not Apply
- The guarantee does not apply to products supplied directly by manufacturers, importers, wholesalers, distributors or businesses primarily operating as fulfilment or wholesale suppliers.
- Price comparisons are not available where the competing seller is acting as the manufacturer, importer, wholesaler, distributor or fulfilment provider of the product.
- Offers from unauthorized or international sellers.
- Marketplace listings (e.g., eBay, Amazon third-party sellers).
- Flash sales, daily deals, or time-limited promotions.
- Liquidation, clearance, or bankruptcy sales.
- Bundled offers that include additional items or services.
- Prices that require a coupon, membership, or loyalty program.
- Pricing errors, typographical mistakes or obvious pricing anomalies.
How to Claim
- Gather proof: Take a clear screenshot or photo of the competitor's listing showing the identical product, total price including delivery, and stock availability.
- Contact us: Email the proof to contact@aussiecoopwell.com with your order number (if already purchased) or the product you intend to buy.
- Review: Our team will verify the claim within 1 to 2 business days. If approved, we will apply a refund or price adjustment.
Coopwell may request any information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, including evidence of stock availability, delivery charges and warranty terms.
Limitations
This guarantee is limited to one claim per product per customer. Coopwell reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not satisfy every requirement of this policy. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this guarantee at any time without prior notice. Eligibility is determined in accordance with this policy after verification of the competing offer.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
