Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of the Coopwell website and your purchase of products from M&T STUDIO, a sole proprietorship registered with the RCS Paris under number 933 049 249, with its registered office at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if pricing or stock information is incorrect. Promotional discounts are subject to availability.

2. Delivery

We dispatch from our Melbourne warehouse within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk transfers to you on delivery.

3. Returns & warranty

Our Returns & warranty page sets out your full rights. These rights are in addition to your statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees under the ACL. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected product.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
